Project Manager

Description

CRSA is looking to hire an Architectural Project Manager who is committed to client service and employee development. We are looking for an outstanding individual who knows how to provide the best possible experience for our clients. This role links our owners, contractors, and our exceptional design team. This is an in-house position and requires that you work in our Salt Lake City Office.


The primary duty of this role is to be the communication master between our team and our client’s team. A successful Senior Architectural Project Manager can take ownership of the full project lifecycle, mentor others in the process, and be the support system to make the team successful in the project execution. They coordinate all project efforts to ensure the project is a success for our team and our clients. They understand the project scope and what it will take to achieve our client’s vision.

  • Professional Architecture Degree from Accredited Program
  • Registered Architect in the United States
  • 10+ Years of experience in Architectural Project Management
  • Knowledge of building codes and permitting processes
  • Strong technical skills with Revit. AutoCAD proficiency is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and SketchUp
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Opportunity Details

  • Accountable for scope, schedule, and fee alignment.
  • Develop complete construction documents including drawings, sketches,
    and specifications
  • Coordination of engineers, consultants, and their drawings
  • Ensure the most professional standards, practices, and business ethics are
    used on behalf of the firm
  • Conducting site visits, writing due diligence reports, and overseeing
    Construction Administration
  • Ability to maintain existing client relationships, build new client relationships
    and secure new projects in conjunction with the CRSA team
