About the Role: As a Senior Architect / Project Manager at CRSA, you’ll have the versatility to lead both design and project management across various projects, overseeing the complete project lifecycle, from inception to completion. You'll act as the bridge between clients, contractors, and our talented design team, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. Your leadership will help shape successful outcomes and mentor the next generation of architects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Coordinate all project efforts, ensuring effective execution and alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Design & Execution: Develop innovative design solutions and/or oversee technical execution, ensuring projects meet both creative and functional goals.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring their vision is brought to life, and their needs are met with exceptional service.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans that guide projects toward success, including managing project schedules, budgets, and scopes.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop project teams, fostering growth and leadership within the firm.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Manage communications, estimates, contracts, and documentation to guarantee efficiency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Professional Architecture Degree from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Licensure as a registered architect.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in all phases of design, project management, and construction observation.
  • Proficiency: Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, 3D Modeling Software, Microsoft Suite.
  • Competence: Strong technical competence and proven experience in schematic design through construction administration. Demonstrated understanding of code implementation, jurisdiction review, and construction practices and methodologies.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire cross-functional teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Expertise: Experience with complex, large-scale projects and an ability to estimate scope, prepare proposals, and manage contracts for high-level assignments.
